We had a great weekend of weather (except Friday was a bit drizzly) for the 2014 Waterford Red Barn Exhibit and Art Mart. I’m proud to say that my entry “Before the Wine” won 2nd place in the watercolor division and is available for purchase on my website. I was fortunate enough to meet the Judging Artist and thanked him for recognizing my work.
I assisted in registering the artists, helped hang the show, and worked one of the days of the Fair. The Art Mart was steadily busy and I met many of the exhibiting artists. Sales were lower than last year, but I managed to sell a few of my prints.
At the end of the long weekend and after the artists picked up their work, I packed up my work and said “Good bye” to Waterford and see you next year! Hmm…. I wonder if I can find my car?
